Jonny Lee Miller, Bertie Carvel

The Cast and Creatives of INK met with the press on March 5. Theater Pizzazz’ Shoshana Medney was on the scene to capture it all, including interviews.

Written by Olivier Award winning playwright James Graham and directed by two-time Olivier Award winning direct Rupert Goold, the production stars Bertie Carvel and Jonny Lee Miller.

The story takes place in London 1969 when brash young and struggling Rupert Murdoch purchases struggling newspaper, The Sun, making it a smash must read paper, ready to destroy and horrify the competition. With rogue editor Larry Lamb, they bring on a team of underdog reporters willing to go to any lengths to gain success. The race for the most INK is on!

The play comes to Broadway via the exhilarating Almeida Theatre production and produced with Sonia Friedman Productions.

INK previews April 2, opens April 24 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on West 47 Street.
