Theater World Award winner and cabaret favorite Nellie McKay performed “Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying” from her new show, which will play 54 Below on April 13, 15, 16, 17, and 18 at 9:30pm. Afterwards, McKay told Theater Pizzazz about why she loves the music of the 1960s, reveals which Tony Award winner taught her how to play the ukulele, and confesses why she prefers playing smaller clubs rather than larger venues.
