Tony Award nominee Paul Gordon’s musical adaptation of Pride and Prejudice is taking its April 10th opening night online with a free “virtual opening night” co-hosted by two-time Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes, Tony Winner Beth Leavel, and SiriusXM host Julie James. The production, presented by Streaming Musicals, airs online at 6:30 PM EDT with an encore presentation streaming at 10:00 PM EDT.

Gordon’s adaptation was filmed at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley in Palo Alto, CA., where it played its world premier only four months ago. The production was directed by TheatreWorks Founding Artistic Director Robert Kelley and choreographed by Dottie Lester-White, with music direction by William Liberatore and orchestrations by Conor Keelan.

Justin Mortelliti and Mary Mattison

Based on the Jane Austen novel, Pride and Prejudice stars Mary Mattison as Elizabeth Bennet and Justin Mortelliti as Mr. Darcy. The production also features Monique Hafen Adams, Samantha James Ayoob, Seton Chiang, Lucinda Hitchcock Cone, Taylor Crousore, Sean Fenton, Brian Herndon, Tara Kostmayer, Travis Leland, Dani Marcus, Heather Orth, Sharon Rietkerk, Michelle Skinner, Heather Mae Steffen, Chanel Tilghman, Christopher Vettel, and Melissa WolfKlain.
