The Paramount Hotel was filled with press this morning at 8:30 a.m. as William Ivey Long introduced Tony Award Winner (Book of Mormon) Nikki M. James and Tony Award Nominee Andrew Rannells (Book of Mormon), on hand to announce the 70th Annual Tony Award Nominees in 24 categories.

No big surprise that Hamilton and Shuffle Along are leading new Musicals, garnering 10 Nominations each (see full list below and live video), followed by revival She Loves Me with 8.

In the Plays category, Long Day’s Journey Into Night has 7, while Eclipsed is tied with The Humans for 6.

It will all play out at the Tony Awards on June 12, 8 pm  on CBS live from the Beacon Theatre.
