After being one of the most talked about interactive theater experiences this past season, Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 have to leave Kazino, the supper club built especially for the production in the Meat Packing District. But with all the rave reviews, the producers decided to keep the comet streaking and so it will, right up to West 45th Street in the Broadway mecca for a limited 14 week run in the same location where Spiegelworld Empire ran last year. The Comet producers Howard and Janet Kagan will reset the tent to accommodate the Comet’s production values.
The Comet of 1812 will begin its run September 24th thru December 31st. The more lavish menu downtown will now have a make-over with less expensive dishes ,and vodka, champagne and other alcohol will still be very much available. However, the prices will still cost $125 to $237.50 a ticket.
