BREAKING NEWS: Academy Award Winning Actress Estelle Parsons taken to hospital, second act of Out of the Mouths of Babes cancelled at the Cherry Lane Theater.
The second half of Out of the Mouth of Babes at the Cherry Lane Theater was cancelled tonight. Following an unusually long break at Intermission, reportedly for “technical difficulties,” the remainder of tonight’s show at The Cherry Lane was cancelled. A house announcement said the 88 year old Ms. Parsons, who stars as Evelyn alongside Judith Ivey in the revival of the Israel Horowitz play had been taken to the hospital.
