A musical journey through dreams and reality! THE LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE, presents Shana Farr in Dream Reality on OCT. 12, 20 AND NOV. 7 @ 7PM.  Multi award-winning performer Shana Farr returns to The Laurie Beechman Theatre with a new, one-woman show that explores dreams and faces reality. Known for her critically acclaimed songbook shows celebrating Julie Andrews; Barbara Cook; Noel Coward and Cole Porter (Bistro Award); Ms. Farr now brings her own story to the stage taking the audience on a musical journey through dreams unexpected, broken, and those yet to come. With songs by Maury Yeston, Jule Styne, Comden & Green, The Sherman Brothers, Amanda McBroom, Carly Simon, Stephen Sondheim, and more, the evening is full of different musical colors and emotions that will touch everyone. We are all different, but we all dream.

IT: A Musical Parody for 13 performances only, opening Thursday, October 20 and running through a special Halloween performance on Monday, October 31 at Chelsea Table+Stage, featuring a selection of pop and rock favorites. IT: A Musical Parody stars Garrett Clayton (NBC-TV’s Hairspray Live!, “The Fosters”), and is written by John Flynn, directed by Nathan Moore, and features choreography by Mallory Butcher, in addition to musical direction and arrangements by Gregory Nabours. featuring production design by Chadd McMillan and lighting design by Julien V. Rona Siddiqui’s Salaam Medina: Tales of a Halfghan in concert at 54 Below. The concert presentation of this zany autobiographical musical comedy in development will occur on Monday, October 24th, at 9:30PM. The 54 Below concert edition will feature Sherz Aletaha (NYTW’s Merrily We Roll Along), Meetu Chilana (Cirque du Soleil), Angel Desai (Company), Joe Joseph (The Band’s VisitThe Kite Runner), Jamen Nanthakumar (FairycakesOther World), Jonathan Raviv (The Band’s Visit) and Sharone Sayegh (Come From AwayThe Band’s Visit). The evening will be music directed by Rebekah Bruce (Mean Girls, The Lehman Trilogy), directed by Raja Feather Kelly (A Strange Loop, Lempicka) and produced by Jen Sandler and Musical Theatre Factory.
