Isaac Mizrahi/Cafe Carlyle – Steve & Edye/ Carnegie Hall – Once Upon a Mattress/Encores – U:Me the Complete Musical


Isaac Mizrahi returns to Café Carlyle with his show, “Mizrahi on Ice,” from February 6-17, 2024. Isaac Mizrahi has worked extensively in the entertainment industry as a performer, host, writer, designer and producer for over 30 years. Along with his annual residency at Café Carlyle, Isaac has performed at various venues across the country.   Tickets are available online via Tock.  Café Carlyle is located in The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel (35 East 76th Street, at Madison Avenue).

Additional casting has been announced for the New York City Center Encores! production of Once Upon a Mattress, running January 24-February 4. Joining the previously announced Sutton Foster as Princess Winifred and Michael Urie as Prince Dauntless are Nikki Renée Daniels (Lady Larken), J. Harrison Ghee (Jester), Cheyenne Jackson (Sir Harry), Francis Jue (Wizard), and David Patrick Kelly (King Sextimus). The ensemble is set to include Kaleigh Cronin, Ben Davis, Gaelen Gilliland, Jaquez, Morgan Marcell, Abby Matsusaka, Adam Roberts, Ryan Worsing, and Richard Riaz Yoder.Casting for the role of Aggravain will be announced in the coming weeks.

BBC World Service  announced the world premiere of U.Me: The Complete Musical, following the great success of its first installment U.Me: The Musical released in 2021. The original musical, staged for radio and podcast, was set during the global pandemic, and U.Me: The Complete Musical returns with Part Two, set after lockdown and following main characters Rose and Ryo as they change their lives after that extraordinary experience.
