Danny Bacher

Singer-Songwriter- Soprano Saxophonist extraordinaire, Danny Bacher responded to the call to keep fan spirits up during this unusual time in our history. He’s “Makin’ Whoopee” in more ways than you can imagine!

From the 1928 Broadway production Whoopee (written by Gus Kahn and Walter Donaldson), the song became famous via Eddie Cantor and has remained a staple in performer repertoires since. Leave it to the clever Mr. Bacher to bring the second verse up to 2020 standards in collaboration with songwriter Larry Kerchner!
