Lempicka, the highly anticipated sweeping new musical portrait celebrating the gripping true story of renowned artist Tamara de Lempicka, released a new portrait of the principal company, ahead of the first preview on Tuesday evening Mar. 19th.
The cast of Lempicka, including leading lady Eden Espinosa, Amber Iman, Beth Leavel, Andrew Samonsky, George Abud, Natalie Joy Johnson, Nathaniel Stampley, and Zoe Glick (all featured in the portrait), met the press to discuss the musical. Tony Award-winning director, Rachel Chavkin led the company in a special presentation for the press, with remarks given by the creative team including, Carson Kreitzer (book, lyrics, and original concept), Matt Gould (book and music),and Raja Feather Kelly (choreography).
Performances begin on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, ahead of an official opening night on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Longacre Theatre.
