This modern retelling of the classic fairytale is set in the exceptionally beautiful kingdom of Belleville. Our Cinderella is no longer the damsel in distress who needs saving. She finds herself and her prince in new circumstances which cause them to rethink what “happily ever after” really means.
In August, Ms. Genao travelled to London to record the show’s title song, “Bad Cinderella,” with Andrew Lloyd Webber in both English and Spanish. Universal Music Enterprises released the English version of the single today, Monday, October 3 – it is now available across all major streaming platforms. The Spanish language version will follow later. To listen to the title single, “Bad Cinderella,” featuring Linedy Genao. please click HERE.
