Ms. Miller (singer/songwriter) is the daughter of songwriter Ron Miller whose legacy continues in the upcoming For Once in My Life, when she presents and celebrates his works and genius. You remember Ron Miller as one of Motown’s top hitmakers: “Touch Me in the Morning,” “Heaven Help Us All,” “A Place in the Sun,” “Yester-me, Yester-you, Yesterday” along with other hits like “I’ve Never Been to Me” and “If I Could.”

His works have been recorded by over 700 major label artists and inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Perhaps Berry Gordy said it best: “Ron Miller, an artist like you does not only come “For Once in My Life” but for once, period.”

Ron Miller’s songs have been featured in numerous blockbuster and Academy-Award winning films and on countless television shows as well as in major global ad campaigns.

Thanks to Lisa Dawn Miller, host/producer and producer Rob Schneider, For Once in My Life will be produced at 54 Below on October 8, 2023 at 9:30 pm featuring Ms. Miller as she shares anecdotes and stories that inspired the hits and introducing never-before-heard songs discovered after Ron’s death in 2007. The show will feature Gabbie Ballesteros, Sandy Hackett and Oliver Richman (www.RonMillerSongbook.com).
