The New York City Gay Men’s Chorus will present their 24th annual gala benefit, Harmony, this coming Monday, February 19th at 6pm in the Edison Ballroom at the Hotel Edison Times Square. The event will be highlighted by the inaugural presentation of the “Icon Award” to the late legendary Chita  Rivera.

The Harmony event will also honor Robin de Jésus with the NYCGMC’s “Arts in Action” award for his performances in the films Camp and tick, tick….BOOM! and more.

Other Broadway talent present for the event will include host Telly Leung (AladdinAllegiance, Godspell, et al.) and performers Solea Pfeiffer (Almost FamousHadestown) and Matt Doyle (Tony Award winner for Company). Additionally, there will be a special “Call To Action Award “to the Ali Forney Center, which provides shelter and services for LGBTQ youth.
