JOB began performances on September 6, 2023 and opened September 18, 2023 Off-Broadway for a limited engagement at SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam Street) starring Tony nominee Peter Friedman (Ragtime, “Succession,” Single White Female), Sydney Lemmon (TÁR, “Helstrom,” “Succession”), with playwright Max Wolf Friedlich (SleepOver), and director Michael Herwitz (Mr. Parker).
Theater Pizzazz’ Cynthia Reitman was on the scene to capture the curtain call, red carpet and more. Some of the attendees included Rachel Brosnahan, Phillippa Soo, Adam Chandler Berat, Halley Feiffer and many more.
Peter Friedman when asked about his role replied “ It was Fun! Everybody was good and 45 years younger than me! They were all aces!” When asked if there was a role he’d like to play, he responded ““Yes! I wanna do a play opposite a puppet. I want to work with a puppet.That’s it!”
