Rosamond Hirschorn (1921-2020) was a fixture at many cabaret shows in New York City. If she loved a performer, she was there to cheer them on, to encourage and offer words of wisdom. You couldn’t miss her in her sparkling baseball caps! She was particularly close to our dear Julie Wilson and so many others like our beloved Marilyn Maye where she was frequently seen front and center at performances.

Just short of her 99th Birthday, Rosamond died peacefully on October 6 at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital NYC.

Theater Pizzazz covered the surprise 98th Birthday party last October at Don’t Tell Mama for this extraordinary lady catered by her dear friend Brian Kaltner Here is the article with so many wonderful memories. Rest in Peace dear Rosamond.
