There’s no denying that Broadway’s Supper Club 54 Below produces some of the finest Broadway and Cabaret talent in the City.  Add to that the talent in the kitchen! 



“Dinner is not dependent on talent on stage” says Chef Andre Marrero as he talks about “Glimpses of Spring, ” a new culinary menu that will make your mouth water as infusions of newly blended flavors leap from the exciting dishes that appear on the 54 Below Menu.  And to complete the newly prepared Prix Fixe fare, there are wonderful wines to pair with the various dishes.

Unknown-5For Dessert sit back and ooh and ahh some more with Passion Fruit Chocolate Éclair, Strawberry Sorbet paired with Cremant du Jura-Brut Rose, Arbois, France, NV.




Unknown-10Joining in the fray at a special tasting evening was Tony Award Winner Cady Huffman (The Producers & judge for 10 years on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America) who, with owner Richard Frankel, visited and chatted with guests.

Now I know you can’t expect Cady to be present all the time, but you frequently do see owners Richard Frankel and/or Tom Viertel greeting the patrons at Broadway’s Supper Club as the talent just keeps rolling in.
