Due to overwhelming ticket demand, the critically-acclaimed Second Stage Theater production of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins’ APPROPRIATE, directed by Lila Neugebauer and starring Sarah Paulson, is extending its run and will transfer to the Belasco Theater (111 West 44th Street) for a limited 13-week engagement, beginning Monday, March 25th. This strictly limited extended run will play through June 23rd. Due to prior commitments, Elle Fanning will not reprise her role. Paper Mill Playhouse announces initial casting for the new musical Gun & Powder, with book and lyrics by Angelica Chéri and music by Ross Baum. MCC Theater announced full casting for NY premiere of The Lonely Few, a new rock musical directed by Trip Cullman and Ellenore Scott. Perofrmances at MCC’s Newman Mills Theater April 26 – June 2, opens May 20. The cast includes Damon Daunno, Taylor Iman Jones, Lauren Patten and features music and lyrics by Zoe Sarnak and book by Rachel Bonds.
