Urban Stages ‘Heroes and Villains Monologues” begins February 5 at 7:30 pm. (thru Feb. 12) – Artist Fellow in Playwriting John Minigan, OBIE Award-winning producer Sandra Daley-Sharif, United Solo Festival’s Best Documentary One-Woman Show recipient Jenny Lyn Bader, and award-winning playwrights Catherine Weingarten, Ruth Zamoyta, Frank Tangredi and Eric Percival.

When character arts university professor Hannah the Hound finds herself in the middle of a tuition refund strike by her students due to the coronavirus pandemic, she questions what it means to be a teacher. A collective of 13 theater groups and over 50 artists originating in 8 cities across the globe will join forces for RealTime Interventions’ POST THEATRICAL, a festival of works that use mail as a theatrical medium. The festival, which launched February 1 and will run through June 30, 2021, features a diverse range of works that use the medium of mail in a broad range of ways.
