Bated Breath Theatre Company announces another extension of its live hit VOYEUR: THE WINDOWS OF TOULOUSE-LAUTREC through April 3, 2021. As of March 6, the company will begin performing a new “Spring 2021 Edition” of the show that will guide audiences along a new route ending at Greenwich House. The updated VOYEUR also features new performers, new scenes, new stops, and new surprises along the way. VOYEUR is an open air, immersive theatrical experience that guides an intimate eight-person audience through the dreams of iconic artist Toulouse-Lautrec as he recalls his final absinthe-laced years living and working in Montmartre.

The August Wilson African American Cultural Center (AWAACC) one of the largest non-profit cultural organizations in the country focused exclusively on the African American experience and the arts of the African diaspora, announced new details and an expanded vision for August Wilson: A Writer’s Landscape, the first-ever permanent exhibition dedicated to the life and works of Pulitzer Prize and multi-Tony Award-winning playwright August Wilson, scheduled to open fall 2021. AWAACC will collaborate with New York Public Radio, which produced the audio recordings of Wilson’s acclaimed American Century Cycle in 2013, featuring performances by Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Phylicia Rashad, Leslie Uggams, Clarke Peters, Brandon Dirden, and many others.
