Nonprofit storytelling organization The Moth will make its Broadway debut April 25 at the Walter Kerr Theatre with its 25th anniversary storytelling show, titled Hell-Bent: The Moth on Broadway. Hosted by Jon Goode, the show will feature … André De Shields, along with journalist and human rights activist Tiq Milan, author Victor Levenstein, and Staten Island Poet Laureate Marguerite María Rivas.

The American Theatre Wing will honor the legacy of Antoinette “Tony” Perry alongside the past, present, and future women+ of the theatre at its annual gala, which will be held September 12 at Cipriani 42nd Street NYC.

A new play, entitled Love All, about the life and career of sports icon Billie Jean King is in the works, producers Harriet Newman Leve and Stephanie Sandberg announced. Written by Anna Deveare Smith and to be directed by Marc Bruni, the play will have a reading this summer in the New York Stage and Film 2022 summer season.
