Writer Carson Kreitzer is preparing to make her Broadway debut in the new musical, Lempicka. Kreitzer wrote the show’s book and lyrics and also came up with the original concept for the work. In a video interview with Theater Pizzazz, she shares what always attracted her to the artist, Tamara de Lempicka, and why her story is ripe for Broadway. Kreitzer also discussed her long connection with and appreciation for artists and the art world.
