On Wed. May 21st a Free outdoor concert in the heart of the Theatre District celebrated Broadway with star appearances from this year’s Tony nominees and exciting performances from nearly 25 shows including 2014 Tony Nomianted shows, accompanied by a live 12-piece orchestra under the musical supervision of Alex Lacamoire. The event was hosted by The Phantom of the Opera’s Norm Lewis and produced by the Broadway League sponsored by United Airlines.
2014 Tony nominated actors/actresses scheduled to appear include: Tyne Daly (Mothers and Sons), Lena Hall (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), Joshua Henry (Violet), Andy Karl (Rocky), Celia Keenan-Bolger (The Glass Menagerie), Adriane Lenox (After Midnight), Kelli O’Hara (The Bridges of Madison County), Bryce Pinkham (A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder), AND MANY MORE …as well as performances from 2014 Tony Award-nominated musicals now in performance on Broadway.
