Director, Schele Williams, is making her Broadway debut this spring in not one, but two, musicals. First up, Williams is bringing the stage musical adaptation of The Notebook to the boards, alongside co-director and close friend, Michael Grief. Then she will direct the first revival of The Wiz on Broadway in more than 40 years. In a video interview with Theater Pizzazz, Williams revealed her deep and personal connection with the story of The Notebook. She also shared what it means to direct the new revival of The Wiz, and how it changed her life when she first saw it as a child.
